"i put in a pleasant hour of land and sea" was printed on a large format epson printer during the covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The images and text are from collages produced over the last 6 years using a selection of National Geographic magazines from the 1970's. The collages are a way for me to respond to color, shape, and words in an immediate way, but never felt complete. Creating this one sheet book allowed me to combine them in a new narrative structure where they are able to relate to each other across the space and time of the book.
